Our Exciting Opportunity!
We are now looking for a MS Optimization & Performance Management to join our organization. In this job role, you will be responsible for the coordination, management and execution of optimization activities to improve the overall performance of the network or IS/IT infrastructure. You will perform optimization of a service acting on an end to end view, (non)-product and specific view securing the correct utilization/ interaction of all resources in the network domains together or separately (Access, Core, Data, Transmission). This Service Function is composed by a number of Services Elements and Activities that define the scope of work according to the Ericsson's Managed Services offer.
It performs the network optimization to meet the required Service Level Agreement (SLA) or to deliver a best cost-effective topology or configuration. Optimization must be viewed as a broader sense as it may be prompted to act to improve the overall service quality, based on the Quality of Service (QoS) or customer perception - but always under requirement of the MSIP, to ensure business consistency.
You will
- Collected data analysis and report infrastructure data analysis
- Configuration database update
- Analyze infrastructure business requirements
- Performance and capacity data collection coordination
- Request service and resource monitoring
- Request field services data collection
- Capacity and performance improvement both solution execution and solution coordination
- End-user quality of service optimization
- Deploy corrective measures to improve traffic ability performance (end-user focus)
- Automated process/tools to facilitate at report shared.
- Bachelor level degree in Engineering (IT, Telecom)
- Min years of experience: 5 - 10 years
- Domain experience: Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.
- MSTOP knowledge
