- Identify, engage, and develop a robust pipeline of retail pharmacies for onboarding into the QualityRx network.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the mPharma QualityRx model to potential pharmacy partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the network of partner pharmacies.
- Achieve assigned facility installation targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with pharmacy owners, healthcare providers, and suppliers.
- Organize supplier and partner engagement meetings to support client acquisition and retention.
- Serve as the primary liaison between partner pharmacies and internal mPharma teams.
- Develop annual business plans aligned with mPharmas mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support market expansion.
- Prepare detailed financial analyses and sales forecasts for potential partner facilities.
- Assess the financial viability and operational readiness of prospective pharmacies.
- Prepare periodic reports on pipeline development, installations, and market progress.
- Work closely with the Integration Team to ensure seamless onboarding of selected facilities.
- Manage the process from initial engagement and contract negotiation to the launch of mPharma services at partner sites.
- Support a smooth transition to the renovation and pre-onboarding teams while maintaining strong relationships with partners.
- Provide information on product consumption trends to the supply chain team to support monthly planning.
- Maintain high service quality by ensuring compliance with mPharma operational standards and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve marketing, training, and communication strategies.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 4 – 6 years of professional experience in a healthcare organization, pharmaceutical company, or healthcare services sector. Proven track record in sales, business development, or healthcare partnerships.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory. Ability to communicate in English is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for financial modeling and reporting.

- Monthly Salary: 250,000 – 350,000 CFA.
